Individual, Family and Family Plus start with a 30-day free trial. We collect a payment method up front, but you’re not charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime before then at no cost. Agency plans are billed when you subscribe and can be cancelled anytime.
Pick by how many people help and how many people you care for. Individual ($5.99/mo) is one caregiver and one care recipient. Family ($9.99/mo) covers up to 3 caregiver logins and 2 care recipients. Family Plus ($14.99/mo) covers up to 6 caregivers and 4 care recipients. Agency 10 ($49/mo) and Agency 25 ($99/mo) are for home-care agencies with up to 10 or 25 caregivers and 25 or 75 clients. Every plan includes an administrator login on top of the caregiver logins, and you can change plans at any time from your account page.
Yes. Every plan is a shared workspace: each caregiver gets their own PIN login so entries are signed by the right person, and everyone sees the same up-to-date medications and care history. The number of caregiver logins depends on your plan (1, 3, 6, 10 or 25).
The app tells you when you reach your plan’s limit and points you to your account page, where upgrading takes a minute. Deactivated caregivers and care recipients don’t count toward the limit, and nothing is deleted when you change plans.
